The new school year gets off to a not-so-good start when Robert gets a bad haircut, but things improve when his father helps him plan a party for Halloween.

Eight-year-old Robert spends much of his time memorizing trivia in hopes of becoming a contestant on "Instant Millionaire," and although nothing works out as he wished, he does get a chance to compete for a prize.
