Description
Examines the lives and legacies of Kit Carson and Buffalo Bill Cody, following the frontiersmen across the Mississippi River into the Rocky Mountains and California. Carson gained fame by guiding Georgia explorer John C. Frémont on a journey to map the Western trails to the Pacific, while Cody's skirmishes as a Pony Express mailman and an Army scout later gave him the knowledge and impetus to create his Wild West Show.
