Description
A young girl has a very special dream. Woodhill is a beautiful race horse who received a bad reputation because he threw and injured his rider in a race in Tijuana. Penny is a teenage horse trainer who dreams of becoming a jockey. She picks Woodhill to race in the upcoming Bluegrass Special. Penny's devotion and determination are an inspiration to anyone who believes that dreams can come true.
