Description
A galaxy-wide search begins for the universe's greatest war criminal: Cosmic Boy. The most devastating battle in the history of the United Planets is over and now is the time to regroup, rebuild and rejoice. But not for the Legion of Super-Heroes, who were the key element in ending the Dominator War. New battles are just beginning as the team's leader is missing and stands accused of genocide. The Legionnaires must elect someone new to run the team and begin their quest to find Cosmic Boy, as the universe grows impatient, demanding answers.
