Ben is an alcoholic talent ref who is fired and given a generous payoff. He heads for Las Vegas planning to drink himself to death. Driving drunkenly into Las Vegas, he nearly runs over Sera, a prostitute, whom he meets the next day and pays to come to his motel room. Ben agrees to move in with Sera on condition she never ask him to stop drinking, but he is unhappy that she continues to work as a hooker.

MPAA rating: Unrated version featuring explicit footage not seen in theaters.
